Valentine’s Day is soon approaching. Yes people, the big love day is next week! Can you feel the love oozing from practically wherever you look? Personally I am not one to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a big way, not one to make too much fuss about it, nor expect any big gifts. I prefer the simple approach, an extra special home cooked meal, eaten by candle light… followed by some cuddling on the couch with a glass of wine. Now that’s celebrating!
What I do like about Valentine’s Day though, is that it kind of gives me an extra push to take a look at my lingerie collection and see where I can update myself. Okay, there are discounts, and then there are discounts. How’s 90% off the cutest, sassiest little tank at Hips and Curves sound to you? At just $1.99, their adorable “2008, Year of the Hips and Curves” isn’t just true… it’s also inexpensive enough to give me an excuse to go shopping. And since a $1.99 tank top isn’t enough to justify the shipping cost, I’m definitely going to have to pick up a few things more.

So for a change, instead of pairing up the old ‘resolution’ with the dreaded ‘diet’ word, let’s forget all that and start the New Year off with more sexy resolutions that will promise a sizzling 2008.
