Throughout the past couple of days, as part of our Perfect Plus Size Swimwear Week, we took a look at different swimwear styles to help you slim your tummy, and also to help support and minimize a fuller bust.

We’re back today with more swimsuit shopping tips, this time taking a look at styles that help camouflage your hips, thighs and rear… if these are the parts of your body you are not completely comfortable with.

Styles To Help You Minimize Your Hips, Thighs and Bottom

If you are bottom heavy and would like swimwear to help you minimize your hips, thighs and rear consider the following swimsuit styles.

Print Top, Solid Bottom Skirtini

If your lower half is your biggest concern the Cross Back Vertigo Skirtini by Inches Off is a great option to consider. The shoulder straps are set wide apart to bring your shoulders and hips into an even proportion. The bright top and darker bottom draw the eye up to the face. A loose, A-line skirted bottom is always best to minimize fuller hips and thighs. It gives coverage, but still maintains a flirty look.

Sarong Swimsuit

A sarong style plus size swimsuit, such as the Chic Nile Lily by Beach Belle, helps minimize your hips because the draped front panel creates a soft diagonal across your lower torso. The side bow detail offers another pretty focal point, drawing the eye up along the gently curved hem to the waist. Wide set straps broaden the shoulders to help bring the hips and shoulders into an even proportion.

Black and White Swimdress

Beach Belle’s Classic & Chic Domino Swimdress is such a pretty style! No one would imagine you’re trying to minimize your hips and thighs with this one. The princess seam hugs the curves you like and skims over those you don’t. Contrasting trim under the bust and around the face draw the eye up, and double straps help to widen your shoulders to bring your hips into proportion.

The Perfect Plus Size Swimwear Week is not over yet! So make sure to check in again tomorrow for more stylish swimsuit tips.

Printed clothes are great! I wore one dress that really curved my body. Seems to be magic but it is! They haven’t notice my chubby stomach. I love your designs.
