How to Love Yourself in 8 Really Hard Steps: Tune Into Tuesdays

Today we’re taking a look at an awesome vlog put together by Aussie blogger Natalie from http://www.definatalie.com/. Earlier this year Natalie published a blog entry about self acceptance tips she discovered whilst reading the book ‘Lessons from the Fat-O-Sphere’ by Kate Harding. The post turned out to be immensely popular and well received, and so Natalie decided to put together this video to go through the 8 self acceptance tips! It’s a greatly motivating video.   1. Talk about your body.
  2. Accept compliments.
  3. Question and challenge hurtful assumptions.
  4. Don’t assign good or bad values to food and activities.
  5. Wear (and keep) clothes that fit and make you feel good.
  6. Try activities you’re always wanted to try.
  7. Don’t weigh yourself.
  8. No negative self talk.
