COOKERY: Chocolate Butterscotch Ripple Squares

1-(300g) package of butterscotch chips
1-can (300ml) condensed milk
2-tbsp butter
2-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1-cup butter, melted
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 cup flour
2/3-cup oats
1/3-cup cocoa
1-cup chopped walnuts

Melt: butterscotch chips, condensed milk, & butter together
Set aside
Mix: brown sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla
Add remaining ingredients
Mix well
Spread 1/2 of the dough onto greased and parchment paper lined 13 x 9 inch pan
Spread butterscotch mixture evenly over dough
Dot spoonfuls of remaining dough on top
Spread lightly with knife to cover filling
Bake @ 350* for 30-35 minutes or until set
Cool completely
Cut into squares

Makes 36 squares
